Our firm represented corporations within Clal Group in a private securitization transaction for the purchase of a loan portfolio for vehicle financing, in the framework of which Clal Finance was placed in a partnership established and fully owned by companies in the PEMA group. The financing was used by the partnership to purchase a loan portfolio for vehicle financing for a total value of approximately NIS 250 million.
