Our firm represented Shikun & Binui Ltd. in a private placement of bonds to institutional investors totaling approximately NIS 333 million par value, with a total financial scope of about NIS 302 million, by way of expanding a traded bond series (Series 10). The bonds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
