A further lawsuit and request for a temporary injunction regarding the elections for Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel have been dismissed!

Our firm successfully represented the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in defending against a lawsuit and a request for a temporary injunction filed by CPA Ariel Petel in the Tel Aviv-Yafo District Court. The lawsuit and request concerned the elections for the chamber’s institutions and claims related to the interpretation of the chamber’s regulations regarding the (denial of) members’ rights to vote and run for election. After our firm submitted a response to the request for a temporary injunction and participated in a hearing where examinations and summaries of the entire case were conducted, the court accepted our arguments, dismissed the lawsuit, including the request for a temporary injunction, and ordered CPA Petel to pay costs.
