Gornitzky & Co. (GNY) is looking for a Senior International Arbitration and Transnational Litigation Associate to join our dynamic and leading (Included in GAR100 and ranked as Tier 1 by Legal500) cross-border arbitration and litigation practice.
The ideal candidate is a cross-border litigation or international arbitration Lawyer with 4-7 years of experience, an enthusiastic and hardworking professional from a leading law firm in Israel or abroad, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew, who is able to work well independently and within a highly dynamic and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities as a Senior Attorney: play a key role in managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters including the management of the team. The role will include handling complex international arbitrations before various arbitral institutions, as well as enforcement and other cross-border matters before foreign and local courts. The role will be expected to include managing and professionally mentoring junior lawyers in the team.
Key requirements and characteristics: · Law degree from a leading academic institution. · 5-7 years of experience in commercial litigation. · Proven experience working in English at a high level. · Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail. · Strong research and organizational skills. · Team management and complex project leadership abilities. · Ability to work within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines. · Experience in international arbitration and transnational litigation – significant advantage. · Experience from a leading foreign law firm – significant advantage.
