Gornitzky represented former officers of the Better Place Group –Idan Ofer, Amir Elstein and Eran Sarig, in a motion for the dismissal in limine of a claim filed against 22 defendants by the liquidators of the Better Place companies.
In his detailed judgment, the Hon. Judge Grosskopf accepted the motion that had been filed by our firm, together with other defendants, and dismissed the claim based on the defense of the “Business Judgment Rule” (BJR) and the presumption of proper business conduct by virtue thereof.
The former officers were represented by Pinhas Rubin, head of the Firm, partner Yaron Elhawi, together with associates Amnon Biss and Liron Karass.
