Gornitzky represented Melisron Ltd., a leading real estate company in Israel in the field of shopping malls and commercial centers, in its NIS 260 million public offering of bonds on the TASE by way of the expansion of an existing traded series of bonds that are secured by a first lien on The Big Mall located in Petah Tikvah.
