Gornitzky represented Melisron LTD in two exchange tender offers swapping short-term debt with long-term debt, totalling approximately NIS 377 million. The process involved two tender offers over the exchange ratio, allowing the company to choose the exchange ratio between the bond series being swapped, as well as the number of bonds the company wishes to replace.
