Gornitzky represented Ofer Sachaf Ltd. of the Ofer Investments Group Ltd., in a challenging and complex transaction for the sale of the entirety of its rights to a property located in Holon’s industrial zone to the REIT Fund, Sela Capital Real Estate, for a total of NIS 111 million plus VAT.
The site at hand consists of three buildings known as “Beit Merkazim 2000”, which are rented out to various entities including H. Mer Group, for both office and hi-tech use.
The final agreement was signed on February 6, 2018.
