Our firm represented TSG IT Company in its Initial Public Offering of shares. TSG is a Defense Technology company that, among other things, specializes in developing command, control, and surveillance systems for strategic, operational and tactical frameworks. The company operates both domestically and internationally, serving both the defense and civilian sectors. TSG was successfully listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with an evaluation of approximately NIS460 million (post-money) and is one of the few IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2024.
