Gornitzky successfully represented Ofer Brothers Properties (1957) Ltd. in a case against the Haifa Municipality with regard to payment requirements for paving fees, issued by the Haifa Municipality in the amount of over NIS 1 million – until their complete cancellation.
In addition, the firm also handled the demand for increased property tax issued by the Haifa municipality in relation to the same property, and following an appeal, this increase was also canceled.
