Our firm represented a company from Group Melisron, which held the rights to the “Ofer Lev Ashdod” mall, in a lawsuit against tenants for the payment of rent, management fees, and additional ongoing payments, as well as for the recovery of amounts due to the cancellation of discounts previously granted. Following a full legal process, a judgment was issued in which the lawsuit was partially accepted, and amounts totaling hundreds of thousands of shekels were awarded in favor of our client.
