Our firm represented the OPC Energy Ltd. group, which was announced this week as the winner of two bids they submitted within the framework of a public tender published by the Israel Land Authority, to enter into an agreement for the granting of planning permission and an option to purchase land leasing rights, for the establishment of facilities for the production of renewable energy electricity by using a Photovoltaic technology combined with storage capacity, in the area of the local industrial council of Neot Hovav. This win joins the company’s win last year, in two other tenders published by the Israel Land Authority in nearby complexes. The firms representation included an analysis of the tender documents, accompanying the submission of bids, as well as a detailed due diligence and analysis of various complex issues that arose from the tender documents.
