Representation of Fortissimo Capital in the sale of its holdings in Enercon

Our office represented the Fortissimo fund in the transaction for the sale of 80% of its holdings in Enercon to the American company Bel Fuse (NASDAQ: BELFA) for approximately $320 million, with additional performance-based earnout payments of up to $10 million.
