A Conference on Business Model Change took place this week

This week, a conference on the topic of restructuring business models in multinational groups took place in collaboration with the Israel Tax Authority (ITA) and the Israel Advanced Technology Industries (IATI). During the conference, partners from our firm, including Daniel Passerman, Ziv Rotenberg, Adi Haya Raban, Shlomo Aviad Zider, Shirin Gabbay-Metzger, and Assaf Prussak, discussed various trends related to FAR taxation. Additionally, Mr. Shmuel Weinstein, Head of the Business Model Change and Valuation at the Tax Authority, shared insights from the Tax Authority’s perspective regarding changes in business structures and policy updates following recent rulings. Former Tax Authority Commissioner Mr. Eran Yaakov also participated, discussing the contribution of multinational groups to the Israeli economy.
