Our firm represented the Austrian company KNAPP AG and its subsidiary KNAPP Israel Ltd in a commercial agreement of the subsidiary, under the guarantee of the parent company, with Fox Wizel Ltd., for the design, manufacture, and supply of an automated system for managing, receiving, storing, picking, sorting, and distributing goods. The system is to be installed in a dedicated distribution center to be established in the Beit Shemesh industrial area, which will enable the consolidation of the distribution and logistics activities of the Fox Group, currently conducted through more than 25 distribution and logistics storage sites at various locations across the country. The total cost of the agreement is expected to amount to approximately 131 million euros.
