Our firm represented Melisron Ltd. in a raise public debt of approximately 750 million NIS. The raise was conducted through the expansion of two of the company’s existing traded bond series, Series 17 and Series 20. Due to high demand in the tender, Melisron decided to increase the raise from approximately 400 million NIS to approximately 750 million NIS.
