Public Debt Offering by Keystone REIT Ltd. Amounting to Approximately NIS 300 Million

Our firm represented Keystone REIT Ltd. in a public debt offering of NIS 300 million. The fundraising was conducted through the issuance of a new bond series (Series B) to the public. Due to high demand, Keystone decided to increase the offering size by an additional NIS 50 million. The bonds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
