Our firm represented Kobi Avrahami in an administrative petition filed by Adam Teva V’Din and others against plans to build hotels 60 meters from the seashore (in an area where construction is currently prohibited by law), which had been rejected by the relevant appeals committee. In a precedent-setting judgment, the court accepted our position and the plans were approved.
